The unique cased score, featuring colour plates of the composer's original manuscript and sketches has been published as a special limited edition. Each of the 250 copies have been signed and numbered by the composer, and feature a striking cover image Octopus by artist Claire Burbridge.

About Thomas Adès
Born in 1971, Thomas Adès is the foremost composer of his generation. His singular body of work is crowned by three critically acclaimed operas: Powder Her Face (1995), The Tempest (2004) and, most recently, The Exterminating Angel (2016).
The recipient of numerous awards, including the Grawemeyer Award (for his 1997 orchestral work Asyla) and the 2015 Léonie Sonning Music Prize, Adès was Artistic Director of the Aldeburgh Festival for a decade and has conducted many of the world’s greatest orchestras, from the New York Philharmonic to the London Symphony. In 2016 he became the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s inaugural Artistic Partner. He performs worldwide as a pianist and coaches annually at the International Musicians Seminar, Prussia Cove.
