Reviews

'Nature gives the work its arched shape, and the reflections of light on the surface of water can be sensed in the orchestra's sound shimmer, the colour nature of which brings to mind Debussy or an impressionist painting. The young Canadian conductor Yannick Nézet-Seguin, who was making his debut at the Berwald Hall in this concert, brought out the music's subtle nuances and powerful expansion, and its composer was richly rewarded with warm applause.'
Svenska Dagbladet (Lars Hedblad),  28 April  2007
