Bach's Easy Piano Pieces, edited by Hans-Joachim Schulze. This selection of works compiled in the present volume was intended as an incentive to piano playing, for self-expression or recital, without conspicuous emphasis on the educational aspect. This motivated the choice of samples from the multiplicity of Bach's piano compositions which do not surpass a certain degree of difficulty. 

Der Band mit leichten Klavierstücken von Johann Sebastian Bach, herausgegeben vom Bach-Forscher Hans-Joachim Schulze, regt den Einstieg ins Klavierspiel an, sowohl zum Selbstausdruck, als auch zum Vortrag, ohne eine Überbetonung des pädagogischen Aspekts. Mit der Auswahl der Stücke aus Bachs vielfältigem Klavierwerk intendierte der Herausgeber, einen gewissen Schwierigkeitsgrad nicht zu überschreiten.
