Study score of Peter Sculthorpe's Nourlangie for solo guitar, strings and percussion

Nourlangie takes its name from an enormous rock monolith in Kakadu National Park in Northern Australia, from where Sculthorpe saw abandoned sites of early white settlement, the Arafura Sea, Torres Strait and, in his imagination, the islands of Indonesia.  The music of Nourlangie fuses these different musics and includes a Torres Strait dance-song.
