Spring Memories by Roderick Williams is a four-minute adaptation for unaccompanied SATB voices with divisi of Edvard Grieg’s well-known and beautiful piano work Til Våren (from the Lyric Pieces, Book 3, Op. 43). The text uses a loose translation of Henrik Ibsen’s poem Memories of Spring with the first line ‘God grants all things a dream of Spring’.
