For treble (SSA) chorus and piano with lyrics by 13-century poet Rumi (in an English translation by Coleman Barks and John Moyne), Andrea Clearfield’s Where Everything is Music received its premiere by the IAMA Choir led by Brittany Kaehler at the SAI National Conference in Greensboro, North Carolina in July 2022. Clearfield created a beautiful, simple choral setting of the poetry for a commission from Sigma Alpha Iota, the international music fraternity.
